We met Dan at JFK and waited together for about 1.5 hours before our flight. None of us slept on the plane, but all went smoothly with our travel. We landed in Milan on Wednesday morning and rented a vehicle much like the Pope mobile to hold all of us plus our luggage.
My suggestion is try all the flavors on the first day. Then you'll know which is the best for the rest of it.
